THE BILLBOARD PROJECT

From research and development to implementation our Treasurer, Tony, has put together over the past year and a half numerous billboards throughout Northwest Indiana.  These photos represent only some.

Help Keep These Billboards Alive..........

These "Out of Iraq" billboards have stood proudly at various places throughout the region.

We always need contributions to keep the signs alive. Help bring the anti-war message to thousands every day. Please give what you can, and tell your friends.

Make your check payable to NWICAIW (memo: billboards) and mail it to:  PO Box 2855, Gary, IN 46403.

THE  VALPARAISO POPCORN FEST PARADE, 2007

Popcorn Celebrates the Arts …. The Arts Celebrate Peace

These peace patriots would rather be on the sidelines of the Popcorn Parade this year. Yet, they are honor-bound as citizens of the United States to march again this year to call for an end of the U.S. occupation of Iraq.

These peace patriots march in honor of U.S. military and National Guard soldiers, the people of Iraq, and hope for a diplomatic exit from Iraq.

They march to demand a renewed pursuit of The Lost Art of Diplomacy, the Lost Art of Compromise – the Lost Arts of Peace.

Marchers include members of the Northwest Indiana Coalition Against the Iraq War, Northwest Indiana Code Pink, Iraq Vets Against the War, Veterans Against the Iraq War, Veterans for Peace, and Valparaiso University’s Partners for Peace.
